Terms of use

Last updated 3 November 2026

These terms explain the rules for using venly.tech. The site describes Venly and its group companies. It does not provide financial services, and each regulated product has its own terms.

01About these terms

This website is operated by Venly Group (“Venly”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of it. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover this website only. Products from our group companies, such as SendGram transfers, Authet verification services and the Voygo.ai platform, are governed by their own customer terms, which you accept when you sign up.

02Information only, not financial services

This website provides general information about Venly and its group companies. Nothing on it is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or use any financial product, and nothing on it is financial, legal or tax advice.

Venly is a holding and technology company. It is not itself authorised to carry out regulated activities. Regulated services are provided only by the licensed entities named on this site, such as SendGram Ltd, under their own permissions and terms. Services may not be available in every country.

03Using the site

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use it in a way that breaks any law or regulation, or for fraud;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any system connected to it, or attack it with viruses, denial-of-service or similar methods;
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means, except for ordinary search-engine indexing;
  • use the contact form to send spam, unlawful material or malicious content;
  • pretend to be Venly or any of our companies or staff.

If you think you have found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to tech@venly.tech and do not test it further. We welcome responsible disclosure.

04Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, design, graphics, images and code, belongs to Venly or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. The names and logos Venly, SendGram, Authet and Voygo.ai are trade marks of their respective owners in our group.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use any part of the site, or use our names and logos, without our written permission. Journalists can request brand assets from our press desk.

05Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete, current or error-free. Statements about future plans, such as new corridors or products, show our intentions and may change. We may update, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

07Contacting us through the site

Messages you send through the contact form are handled under our privacy policy. Sending a message does not create a customer relationship, and the form is not the place to give instructions about an account or a transfer. For those, use the support channel in the relevant app.

08Our liability

The website is provided free of charge and “as is”. As far as the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions about it. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, or from relying on its content. This includes indirect or consequential loss and loss of profits, data or business.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

09Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the revised terms.

10Governing law

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the laws of your country, and you may also bring proceedings there.
